Workers Memorial Day

            Wednesday - April 28, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.

            USW 105 Hall,

            880 Devils Glen Road

            Bettendorf, IA

With the high risk of Covid-19 still prevalent, our Workers’ Memorial Day event this year will be by invite only. For the sake of all attending we will be limiting the number of attendees to 25. Please contact Mike Nicholas at 563 355-1181 if you would like to attend.

The event will also be broadcast live on facebook for those who can’t make it. The gathering honors those who have suffered preventable injuries and fatalities in the workplace and to call for stronger laws protecting workers’ health and safety. The service will be one of many held around the world as working families and union members commemorate sisters and brothers who have died or been injured on the job.

Dubuque

Contact: Mary Sand.  [email protected]   563-451-9132

The Dubuque Federation of Labor is now a chapter of the Great River Area Labor Federation (GRALF) and we would like all donations to be made out to “G.R.A.L.F.”.
