Graduate Assistantship The Iowa Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO offers an assistantship for those students who have an interest in working in the Industrial Relations or Labor Education area, and it requires that they take an active part in the teaching, research, and/or service activities of the Labor Center at the University of Iowa.
